Rent a brand new one or two bedroom apartment  for a term of three years, with a plan to purchase either outright or on shared ownership at the end of the tenancy.  While you are paying your rent, we will put aside £50 per month for you towards the deposit of your future purchase from Newlife Living, or we can match up to £100 per month if you overpay your monthly rent. 

 If you decide to purchase either your rented unit or another of our properties that are available at the time, the money will be a welcome bonus toward achieving the dream of home ownership.   If you decide that home ownership is not for you, we will refund you whatever amount you have overpaid on your rent.
