Purchase options
To give you the widest possible choice of properties, and to make your move as straightforward as possible, we offer two ways of buying:
Outright sale
Newlife Living provides homes for sale outright on the open market, available to any buyer or investor.
Shared ownership
Shared ownership, also referred to as New Build Home Buy enables you to buy an equity share in your new home, and pay rent on the part you don't own. It is ideal for people who cannot afford to buy a home on the open market. You can usually increase your share over time if you choose, and eventually own your home outright. For more information,

Try Before You Buy Option
This is a new option available for selected properties.
Rent a brand new one or two bedroom apartment for a term of three years, with a plan to purchase either outright or on shared ownership at the end of the tenancy. While you are living in your new community, we can match up to £100 per month if you overpay your monthly rent on a voluntary basis.
If you decide to purchase either your rented unit or another of our properties that are available at the time, the money will be a welcome bonus toward achieving the dream of home ownership. If you decide that home ownership is not for you, we will refund you whatever amount you have overpaid on your rent.
